What it costs

The whole price, up front.

Rent financing costs money, and you should know exactly how much before you apply. This is the full cost: 3% of the amount a month, and a one-off processing fee. Nothing is added later.

  • You see every instalment, with its date and amount, before you sign.
  • Once 3 instalments are paid, you can settle early and pay only 50% of the interest for the months you skip.
  • A late fee applies after a 7-day grace period, and default interest if an instalment stays unpaid. We remind you before every due date.
