1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Afiewura's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

To use Afiewura, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Ghana Card, and have a stable source of income. You must also have a rental agreement with a landlord.

3. Application Process

You must provide accurate and complete information in your application. We reserve the right to verify any information provided and reject applications that contain false or misleading information.

4. Rent-to-Income Requirements

Your monthly rent should not exceed 30% of your verified monthly income. Applications exceeding this threshold may be rejected or require additional assessment.

5. Repayment Obligations

Upon approval, you agree to repay the loan amount plus interest in the agreed-upon installments. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your loan agreement.

6. Lending Partners

Afiewura connects you with third-party lending partners. The lending terms, interest rates, and conditions are determined by the lending partner, not by Afiewura.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afiewura is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our platform or your interactions with lending partners.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana and subject to Ghanaian jurisdiction.
